This book is fantastic for a new baby! Unlike a lot of the other "new sibling" books, this one doesn't mention any negative feelings towards the baby (e.g., "Can we take him back?" and "I feel left out now the new baby's here") and focuses instead on the positives ("I ask mama before I hold the baby" and "I can help giving the baby a bottle"). It also emphasizes how the big brother can do things the little baby cannot and how the parents still love the big brother even though the new baby's here.
